Shift and command key not working

So I have studio 16 and I'm watching the instruction video which is 15. The guy says if you hold down the shift and command key you can pic up a clip and move it and everything will slide over.

There is no Command on Windows.

CTRL+SHIFT does the trick.

Sorry I was reapeting what the instruction video stated lol.

It does here, so without more data, my best guess is Operator Error.

Did this ever get figured out. I'm working through the 16 intro videos (using 17) on a Mac. shift command don't work for me either.

I can concur with Jim, Ctrl+Shift is working here too.

This wasn't working for me either until I updated the Keyboard Customization from Playback1 to Davinci Resolve.
The Shift + 4 works now.

Click on DaVinci Resolve > Keyboard Customization (Ctrl+Alt+K)
Upper right corner > Click on Playback1 and Select DaVinci Resolve.

Once in awhile, I've seen Keyboard Customization get a little confused, and you have to restore the original DaVinci commands to give it a kick and get it going.
