Resolve Live Error "Failed to initialize decklink card"

I have my camera connected to my macbook pro throughthe UltraStudio Mini Recorder.

In the Desktop VIdeo Setup, it shows that the recorder is connected and functioning, I am even getting an image when I run Blackmagic Media Express, but when i try to launch Resolve Live, it gives me the error

Failed to initialize decklink card for Resolve Live

I am currently running Resolve Lite, is Live a feature that is only available in Resolve Studio? How can I fix this problem?

I had this problem because I had the input and output set to "None".

In "Preferences...", on the "Video and Audio I/O" page, set the "Capture device" and/or "Monitor device" to use the UltraStudio. You also need to restart Resolve after the change.
