There are a few methods of removing automation data.MadPanic wrote:I have yet to work out how to fully delete automation from a track. Once you get a green fader (i.e. reading automation) there seems to be no way to stop it.
(1) Once in Read, use the Undo keybinding to remove the previous write pass (or step through passes).
(2) Via the Automation drawer's "Select Range" tool, you can draw a marquee and use the backspace key
(3) Specify a Range prior to selecting Fairlight > Automation > Erase
Do you experience the same behaviour with errant automation data being written when manually moving the fader in Resolve's GUI?Anyway, I have attached an interesting channel graphic of some automation data
Which controller has been set up for use with Resolve?
