split screen

Hi all,

Can I make a split screen in the timeline. To mach my offline?

Hi, if you are referring to DaVinci Resolve, select your offline video clip in the Library, rt-click and add as offline clip. It will appear in the media pool with a checkerboard icon.
Now in the conform page, select the timeline and rt-click to add an offline video, select the correct one.
When you have done this you can select offline in the source viewer and wipe or mix the timeline images with the offline video.

Note, the timecode for both should be the same and you can change the offline timecode in the media pool to match if you need.

Hi thanks for the reply . But I am looking for the effect pip, or crop the frame for keeping two layers together.
