Shortcut for HDR wheels

I currently have the micro panel and I like to use the HDR wheels to fine tune my SDR images. Is there any shortcuts to activate the HDR wheels (there is for primaries/log) and changing the zones so I wouldn't have to use mouse for that?

Oh, and if there's no keyboard shortcuts, is there any way to navigate between HDR zones using the stream deck I have?
