Missing DaVinci Panels

When I start Resolve I get next message:

One or more DaVinci panels could not be found. Please check your panels are properly connected.
All panels required both a USB and power cable.

Please, help, what is it? What might cause that window?

In Resolve Preferences - Control Panels, if you have DaVinci Resolve Control Surface checked, and Resolve does not detect those panels, you get the Missing DaVinci Panels message.

Do you have Resolve panels? If not, then select the appropriate setting in Preferences.

If you do have Resolve panels, are they connected to the PC with a short USB cable? Or, if the panels are far from the PC, are you using the recommended Icron USB2 extender to connect them?

Had the same problem myself, for years, and i just ignored it, but now its enough.
Dont have any panels connected, never had any, nor is any selected in the properties>control panel.
So how do i get rid of this annoying message?
