Need help - Media Offline issue

(English is not my first language so please excuse any mistakes)

Hello Everyone! I need your help. I'm new in video editing. Two weeks ago I started learning Davinci Resolve and I'm facing a problem that I cannot solve. In some clips in timeline there are frames with red image "Media Offline", that appears often on the end of clip - see here: https://ibb.co/6JP8QdJ . Sometimes they disappear and video plays normally few times and than they appear again. When I export video that frames are still there in exported video.

I'm using Davinci Resolve 17.4 (free). I have graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650; processor: Intel core i7-9750H; ram: 16GB; OS: windows 10.

What sort of drive are your clips stored on, SSD or HDD?

What specific source codec are you working with? What resolution and frame rate?

I have similar problems with media off-line since upgrading to 17.4 but no suggestions for a fix have been forthcoming.

First of all, I want to thank you for replying. I know that people today have very little time and I'm really grateful to you for taking some time for someone who is a beginner in this.

All clips I downloaded from pexels.com. They are stored on SSD on my laptop.

I tried to work in 1920x1080 HD resolution and 24 / 25 / 29.97 and 30 fps, and video codec: h.264.

I don't know did I give right answers. If I did not tell me where I can find information that you wont to know. I will provide you with some images that maybe can help you to figure out what the problem is. And one more thing - I installed Davinci 16.2.8 today and it was working just fine, and after testing I installed Davinci 17.4 again and it has the same issue again (Davinci 16.2.8 works fine, Davinci 17.4 don't - but 16.2.8 was very slow).
