I am suddenly having problems importing media with the h.264 codec (23.976 fps). When I play back the media it stutters showing "media offline" on many of the frames. This happens with clips that have worked fine previously (and they still play back fine in old projects).
The only thing I can think of that has changed since my last project is that I installed VLC on my computer. Could this installation (or a windows update) suddenly have caused this issue?
I was using Davinci Resolve 16, but I updated to 17 to see if this fixed the issue.
OS is Windows 10 Home.
Edit: After some more testing it seems like a frame drop issue with my camera. I re-encoded the file in Handbrake and now it works fine.
