17.4.1 stabilizer no more working

something strange is going on on my machine, i have a timeline where half of the clips work fine and track and stabilize withou any problem and the other half that does not work at all, i can't change from perspective to similairty because it does not accept the cange, if i click on stabilize it starts to work but doen't produce any effect at the end and i can't see any curve into the tracker, it simply won't work

is this just my issue or is it common to other users?

win 10 64 - nvidia RTX2070 - i9-9900K
