Shortcuts not working in 17.4?

I just loaded 17.4 on my Windows laptop and many of the keyboard shortcuts no longer work? What is with all of the really silly issues in this software? NO shortcut cues on tool tips, unacceptable. AND STUPID!!! But why don't the shortcuts I already know work? TIME IS MONEY, and I will take the time to find a new software. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this entire experience. Totally subpar. So many unacceptable and stupid problems. WAY TOO MANY. It's actually sad at this point.

Do you have the correct shortcut selection in the keyboard shortcut dialog, from DaVinci Resolve menu?
