Hi.

Here is a link to a nice offer for a GIGABYTE RTX 3080 Ti 12GB to $1200. And for the moment it is in stock.

Be careful when buying from Newegg. Their quality control is not good.
Inside the box? I didn't know about any box...

Nor are their policies regarding support and return. Gamers Nexus (YouTube channel) did a great series of videos on this a month or two ago.

You might want to check out the RTX A5000. It's your 3080ti with 24gb and the more vram is well suited for DVR.

I've been buying from NewEgg for 18 years and never had a problem. When you join their email list, you can find some great deals.

GPU prices are going down, finally.

EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti for $759. Nice sweet spot.

And they have a 3080 10gig with free keyboard for $869.

The RTX 3060ti that I'm looking for is still being stubborn. Can't find anything available near the $400 range. :(

Hi.

I don't know if you will consider the coming AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB to ~$399 US.
It looks like availability is planned for the 12th of May. Here is a link with more information:

I just picked up an RTX3060 for the equivalent of US$400 and it's working well.

I'm glad I went with the 3060 because it has 12GB of VRAM and I see that on some of my more complex timelines Resolve is already using well over 8GB so that might have caused issues with an 8GB card such as the 3060Ti

Matches my 3060 experience perfectly. Paid about $500USD nearly 2 years ago, at the height of the madness.

Thanks for the suggestion Carsten. From the research I've done, the 3060ti seems to be the best bang for the buck. This benchmark was done using DaVinci Resolve and the 3060ti even out performed the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB.

True, the 3060 has more VRAM but the 3060ti appears to be faster and better overall. I do wish the Resolve benchmark had included the 3060 since Resolve is what I'll be using. But in this review from Linus Tech Tips the 3060ti was better in every test they ran for both games and productivity. I'm not a gamer, so productivity is the only category important to me.

I've already waited quite a while for it so I don't mind waiting a little longer.... but I am getting more and more impatient now that I'm using Resolve. Resolve on integrated graphics is painful!
