Consolidate a Timeline?

Hello,

I have finished editing a project and the recording studio wants the timeline from Davinci in addition to an AAF with all the sound files so that I can change something if necessary.

Since the project is several TB large, I would like to send only the used clips and my timeline on a hard disk.
Is this possible and if so how?
