Hey!
I'm a FCP user but my director only has Davinci Resolve. We are trying to have him do basic edits in Resolve that I later can finish in Final Cut. Problem is, Exporting the timeline as FCPXML, only the Sony FX6 bits/files show up and the A7SIII and A7III files are just missing... They all use SLog3. XAVC-I on the FX6, XAVC-S on the A7SIII and whatever the A7III is shooting... Did some tests with XAVC S-I on the A7SIII as well but no luck... it's all in UHD 3840x2160.
Any idea how to export a Resolve timeline so I can use it in FCP?
There's no advanced edits, no colour corrections, no effects no nothing but straight cuts. And I want to use the original files so don't wanna export/change the actual files...
Oh, I have the free version of Davinci Resolve and my collaborator has the paid version.
