Resync Markers/Comments to Frame.io

I accidently clicked the Remove All Markers option in the timeline, and when I "Cntrl+Z" to get them back in only put back the normal markers and not he frame.io markers. How can I reconnect this timeline to frame? I noticed the comments in Frame.io didn't get deleted, but now when I make new frame.io markers, they do not show up in frame.io online.
