DaVinci Resolve Studio - Stolen Activation Key

Good evening everyone!

I'm Manuel and I'm writing on the forum because I don't receive feedback from support for a problem: My activation key was stolen from my office.
I have camera recording that proves this and every time I open Da Vinci studio it asks me for the key. I kindly contacted support to see if I could delete my activation key and receive a new one.. but no one answered me.

Do you know a way to independently delete the purchased activation key? I would rather cancel it and get a new one instead of continuing to have my key used by a despicable person (or a group of people because maybe he even sold it) who stole it from me.

The general concept is that your key is like cash. If you lose it, or it's stolen, it's gone.

Are you insured? Surely your insurance would cover this so you could buy a new key.
