SONY F3 FILES SHOW BLACK

Hi,
I import to the media pool the cards from sony f3 files.
the resolve (10.1 lite ) shows only black
all the media information ( like name,tc , leng ) are good but it is black.
in Avid 7.0.3 the pictuer is good and in Davinci it is black.

What can i do to fix the problem ?

other formats are working good in the davinci.

i have resolve 10.1 lite. windows. extream 4k card. win7 64bit.

So as i understand...
Resolve 10.1 not supports cards from SOny f3 as MPG4 format ?

How Can i the fastest way to encode the cards that
can work with resolve in the same quialty as the f3 card?
Please write me the beast what to fast good quality software
for windows and for mac software.
