Importing drp file to new computer

So I've been working on a grade on one computer (latest OSX) and exported my project, when trying to import it on another mac, same OSX as the other, (all my hard drives are hooked up), Davinci says it's importing it, counts down 20 seconds, the colour wheel spins for a minute, then nothing. I've tried placing all the relevant media into the media pool and importing the project again, nothing. Any advice?

On another note, when using the deliver area and exporting a new clip, I'm sometimes getting black bars on some of the clips that I punched in on, and nothing on others (RED files 5k RAW footage)
