Resolve 11 crashes

Hi,

I install Resolve 11 over the weekend and founded out that I had to upgrade my Mac. Which I then updated my Mac from 10.7.5 to 10.9.3 as well. However now, when ever I start to grade in Resolve it crashes.

Anyone else have had this issue?

Hi, can you detail your hardware config? Which gpu, drivers etc? Someone can then offer some advise.

Mac Pro
Processor 2 x 2.66 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
Memory 64 GB
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB
NVIDIA Quadro 4000
Software OS X 10.9.

I'm assuming the GUI card is connected to the ATI GPU and nothing in the Nvidia. Make sure the option 'Use GUI GPU for Image processing' in preferences is off.

If this is all ok, next time it crashes, prior to relaunch, use the Capture Logs app
HD/Library/Application support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/CaptureLogs and post the zip here.

I'm having trouble uploading the Capture Logs folder? txt. files won't upload either?

Is there one bit of info you are looking for in the folder, that I can copy and paste?

If you run the capturelogs app, it will generate a single file. We need that file. It will only look like a folder when you open/expand it.

I run the capturelog and it gives me this a .tgz file which is 968kb. I'm having trouble uploading this file, I get this message 'Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.'

Is there another way I can email it too you?
