Glitchy Frames

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I am dealing with some corruption in my frames.

I did not shoot this, but I am dealing with the footage, transcoding it from RAW to ProRes in Davinci Resolve, and I am noticing all kinds of glitchy lines throughout the shots.

I have looked in OSX Finder at the individual DNG files, and the glitches exist there as well.

All I know is that the firmware was updates just before the shoot last weekend, and the other thing I noticed was that the camera kept switching itself back on after being powered down. You had to time the holding of the power off switch exactly the right amount of seconds to keep it powered off...
