17 point lut

PostMon Nov 10, 2014 5:14 pm

Hi.
I've searched the forum but couldn't find an answer.

I recently bought an Aja Lut Box that accepts 17 point 3D Luts. I'm shooting a short film with my BMCC and want my viewfinder to have a close enough image to the finished look as i'm shooting.
I generated Lut's from Resolve but, apparently the Lut's generated by Resolve are not compatible with the Lut Box.

Is there any way to generate 17 point luts out of Resolve? How can i confirm what kind of Lut is beeing generated by Resolve?

Really appreciate any help!

Sorry for my english.

You can probably download NUKE and the learn edition will allow you to do some LUT conversion...

In alternative you have to resort to get some software that can do that for you:
Lattice
Lightillusion/lightspace.
W10-19043.1645- Supermicro MB C9X299-PGF - RAM 128GB CPU i9-10980XE 16c 4.3GHz (Oc) Water cooled
Decklink Studio 4K (12.3)
Resolve 18.5.1 / fusion studio 18
GPU 3090ti drivers 512.59 studio

Thank you Walter.

I think i jumped the gun on the Aja lut box... I didn't expect to have to convert LUT's or install new software for that. It seems like something that Resolve could easily do, or maybe not...

Thanks for your help!
