Aaf/edl failure

I am running davinci resolve 8.2. I tried loading in an aaf from both avid and Vegas and get the same error. COM OPeration failed HRESULT -2146303738. When I try to load in an edl I receive the error failed to create default session. I am running windows 7 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Resove 9.03 / 9.04 and having no problems bringing in AAF and media from Symphony.
What are you project settings in Avid and your AAF export settings?
