Locked Project File Read only Mode

is there any possible way of getting access back of an locked project file ? read only mode ? instead of copying it....

Log in as admin and u should be able to unlock. Or open and save as.

Hi, i have a some problem,
i'm use Resolve Studio and projects on postgre server
PC go to bluescreen when the project was opened. After restart this project can open only as read-only
How to reset read-only status on Postgre?
