Resolve 12 missing realtime proxy options

I have Resolve 12 Studio and I was trying to enable realtime/on the fly proxies.

It seemed the the keyboard shortcut did not work and the option to enable them from the ^Playback>Proxy Mode are greyed out. This would seem to indicate that the enabling of proxies is not enabled which takes us to the Image Scaling options in the Project Settings:



From memory the enabling and setting of the resolution for Realtime Proxies should be beneath the Output Scaling Preset options at the bottom.

HI, i can't see your screen shot, but Proxy on the fly is moved to playback... and the settings for different resolution is in the menu item now.

Optimised Media is another way to look at proxy workflows.

Shortcut might be broken.. will look into that.

Edit.. I forgot,, Proxy on the fly still being updated... not in this beta 1.

I found the option in the Playback menu but the option was greyed out. The option to enable the enabling of Proxies was missing from the Image Scaling Options in the Project Settings, an option that was present in Resolve 11 but not on 12 on my system.
