getting files into color page

In resolve 11 i used to create a timeline and it would get me into the color page. Now in 12 I'm totally befuddled on how to do it. Any help would be appreciated

One way:

Put your files in the Media Pool.

Goto the Edit page.

Select File - New Timeline

If you uncheck the "Empty Timeline" box in the "New Timeline Properties" window that opens, the files in the Media Pool will be put onto the timeline, in ascending source timecode order.

If you don't uncheck the "Empty Timeline" box, an empty timeline will be created, then you can put the media clips onto the timeline yourself, from the Edit page Media Pool area.

Once you have a timeline with clips on the Edit page, you can select the Color page to start grading.
