Secondary Storyline

Hi everybody: I'm having some issues here....
Some of my files are being named secondary storyline, like randomly so by the time i do the delivery i got most of my single source clips right and one big clip called secondary storyline with scenes from all along the project, any ideas with this???

It looks to me like the XML (or whatever list was used to populate the timeline) could not find the exact clip, so it grabbed this one and used it many times. You'll have to manually go through, click the "!" icon, and fix the Reel Conflict.
