Trying to play (and even scrub) a timeline with an XAVC-L clip recorded at 59.94FPS, UHD.
I'm getting between 19 and 24.5 FPS and very uneven. Scubbing is very laggy. Often the video catches up a few seconds after I stop scrubbing.
CPU usage is under 20% during playback.
This is on a dual Xeon (E5-2630 v3 CPUs) with 128 GB DDR4 memory and a Titan X GPU.
I'm looking at long-GOP as an option for long form concert recordings. I might be expected to deal with four UHD streams at 59.94 FPS each in multicamera. At the moment, it doesn't look like even one stream is happening.
