What is the best off the shelf windows laptop for Davinci Resolve?

The Clevo p37x-sm is probably the best laptop for Resolve as it has dual GTX 970M's with 6GB GPU RAM or dual GTX 980M's with 8GB GPU RAM and has a Thunderbolt socket, although it's not normally 'off the shelf'
Off the shelf laptops tend to be underpowered for high end Resolve work, but the Clevo one can normally be ordered online around the world and delivered fairly quickly
