Is there no way to export audio only?

I don't see any way to export audio files from a timeline. What's the intended workflow for getting audio into a dedicated audio editor?

I ended up exporting the whole timeline as a QuickTime movie with uncompressed audio, bringing that into Premiere, exporting a wave file from Premiere, and finally bringing that into Sound Forge.

Clearly ridiculous. We need to be able to export each audio track from the Resolve timeline as an uncompressed audio file. Is there no way to do this?

I was needing to do this exact thing yesterday. I exported an avi which I was then able to import into my audio editor and split out the audio.

I love Resolve. I was a fairly loyal Premiere user for 15 years...until now! This audio thing is certainly not a deal breaker, but here's hoping they get it fixed soon.

it wont let me export in qtime when theres nothing in Video track :-/

Nope. That's the other catch. You need to have an active video track. I just created a title and dropped that in as a video placeholder.
