Lost Vision After Crash

PostSat Sep 12, 2015 4:20 am

Hi all

Had a crash while outputting. My local hard drive was full. Doh.
Now back in the project my timelines are just showing black.
The clips in the Media Bins are the same.
The media is still there but the Resolve won't see it.
Is there a way to refresh this link other than re importing the AAF and make a new timeline?

Resolve 11.3.1
Mac OS 10.10.2

Cheers

Change the source folder to another folder, then change it back to the correct folder and see if it will relink the media.

And backup your system while you still can. Don't capture to your boot drive, and don't store media on your boot drive. And make the render drive a different drive than your source drive or your boot drive.

Thanks Marc
I tried changing the folder then back again with no luck.
The reason I'm using my boot drive is the only other dives I have to use are on an Avid ISIS.
Resolve will write to those drives but hangs at the end of the export.
I write locally then copy across. Just need to clean up as I go.

Cheers

Tim
