MXF audio not being read

Hi,
I have a very strange issue with audio from my Sony FS7. It only began today; previously I imported the MXF files straight into Resolve (I'm using 12) which has been a real timesaver. Today, however, the audio isn't being read in the edit tab - the waveform is absent. In the Media tab it's still there, I can see the waveform and hear it, but when I go to the edit tab it's gone. All other audio seems to be fine, and it only began today.
Any help would be appreciated as I have a major project due today and don't want to have to re-encode 20 hrs of footage.

I'm wondering whether the 12.1 update fixed the Resolve (PC vers) problem reading PCM from the Sony FS7 XAVC-I files. Last time I looked the problem was fixed on the Mac version but not the PC version.
