Premiere pro to DaVinci 12 XML export problem

Every time I try to import an XML file into DaVinci 12, from Premiere Pro (ver. 9.0.2), I get this:
I had no such problems with DR 11. What am I doing wrong?

Did you ever find the answer to this? I'm running into the same problem and have not been able to find a solution.
