Audio Slipping after export

PostTue Oct 13, 2015 4:57 pm

So I'm pretty sure I had this problem for some time now, but right now it's particularly important to find a solution.

I've imported an xml supplied to me by the editor who edited the music video in final cut. All lip sync was done in final cut and the whole video looks synced and plays great both in final cut and the offline reference clip that i supplied. Once I get that into Resolve, all sync is off by a few frames. All visuals are earlier than the audio. When I export a prores out of resolve, and play it in quicktime it is miraculously all in sync again. And I haven't moved anything.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Did anyone have this problem before?

All the best

So none has had similar issues whilst grading music videos?
