DVR 12.0.1 Crashes Log Attatched

I am having issues with DVR 12.0.1 on my coworker's computer. Can't find a rhyme or reason to it. Just happens after a few minutes of color grading. I have attached the log generated by the script. Can anyone help me figure out why?

What are the details of the computer? What's in the log doesn't match expectations.
