slow motion w/ neat video

I'm trying to use slow motion (frame blend) in Resolve. I'm also applying the Neat Video plugin to degrain a bit. On playback within Resolve, everything plays fine. But on output, the slow motion stutters badly. When I remove the neat video plugin, my renders work fine. Any ideas?
