I Can playback 4K RAW With 25fps but these mp4's from The Sony a7s ii, really Wont play...

H.264 decoding is very demanding, 4K in particular. RAW is not, it only needs sheer data throughput.

Use "Optimize Media", it seems to be fixed in the current update.
