Resolve 12 crashing on import/No CUDA detected

Just upgraded from Resolve 9 to Resolve 12 and get the no CUDA accelerated GPU detected error. Then when trying to import footage (any type of footage as far as I can tell) Resolve crashes immediately.

Windows 7
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 Graphics Card

Not sure what other spec info I might need to provide.

Check the Configuration Guide to see the requirements for running Resolve on a Windows system(info for Windows starts on page 47).

My graphics card driver was out of date. Updated it to be current and it works like a charm.
