Slot Configuration Recomendations

Hi - I'm picking up a Mac Flashed - GeoForce Titan X w/12GB for my Mac Pro 5,1 12 core 64BG Ram. I'm running 10.11.3 by the way.

I currently have the following configuration

Slot 1 - Quadro FX 4800
Slot 2 -
Slot 3 - GeForce GT 120
Slot 4 - Decklink SDI
Slot 5 - USB 3.0 Card

I thought I would use the GT120 as the GUI in slot 1 and the Titan X in slot 2-3

Can I trouble you for thoughts or other suggestions?

Slot 1 and 2 are the highest speed. Try the Titan X in 1.

No other GPU cards.
