No "Benchmark Folder" option in Media Pool

PostThu Jan 24, 2013 10:02 am

DaVinci Resolve Version 9.1.0.071 for Linux

No "Benchmark Folder" option in the Media Pool display menu,

But I find this description in the user manual:
On Linux systems, if you right click within the Media Storage display, you can select the ‘Benchmark
Folder’ tool that will benchmark the speed of the storage/SAN for either new or existing clips.

Help me,please.

That function did not make it into the V9 release. The manual was written before the release version of V9 was finished. Hopefully the next revision of the manual will update this area.

To answer your next question, I don't know why that function was removed.
