Importing from Vegas 13 - bug?

newbie here so please be patient
I'm not pro video editor, just hobbyist with bit of experience in Vegas and cheap Panasonic camera

Anyway, I did simple 2 clips video transition in Vegas13, saved and exported as xml.
I opened the xml in Resolve and noticed the audio cut point shifted.



In the above, there is a audible/graphical shift between cut point between the 2 audio channels.
(top channel syncing good with wideo but the cut point in the bottom channel is shifted about 3 sec. to the right)

Now I exported it back to Vegas and the audio is shifted as above.



I use prores 4.4.4 format and tested with 48000/16 and 48000/24 bit audio.
Windows 10, Vegas 13 and Resolve 12.3.1.001

I can post the xml file if required (bit long so decided to wait if requested)
