Audio not recognised

I'm running Resolve 12.3.1.001 on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.

Trying to import clips from Samsung Galaxy S2, the video is fine but when I preview the clip in the media bin there is no sound (the clip attributes window shows Audio Tracks 0).

The sound plays fine in all my media players.

Any help, info or guidance would be appreciated, thank you.
