Resolve crashes while tracking

Resolve Crashes on tracking HCl qualification or on Roto Shapes/Masks.
Crash is random but quite often.

Resolve 12.3.2 (Clean Install)
Windows 10
Gpus: 2xNvidia Titans on 364.72 drivers

File CinemaDNG 2.5

Didn't face this issue in the previous version.

You should be reporting this to tech support. This is predominantly a user forum

Would take it up with the support.

covert the files to dpx, try the tracking over and over and see if crash.

(just as test)

i have seen the software quit when tracking backwards + it hits autosave, seems to happen when using source cached material, but that maybe old info as i now have the habit of hitting save before tracking backwards, it may have been sorted in the interm.

The error reported is indeed strange:

Sometimes they do, but if you want a proper response and to make sure they know you have a problem then you should always report it direct to tech support. Waiting for a response on the forum is hit and miss, and as you say they 'sometimes respond'

I also get crashes with tracking so I've just made a habit of saving a new file each time I track. Cinema DNG files - high end PC
