Transitions issue with dnxhd

I think this has been mentioned in previous resolve 12 bugs. But you can't add a transition to dnxhd footage unless it is from a properly trimmed in and out section. Which isn't too big of a deal, but sometimes your shot is just perfect and just needs added to the timeline
