No Output Signal on Ultra Studio 4K with RED Rocket X

Hi there

i have No output Signal on Ultra Studio 4K with RED Rocket X when we use that. In RedCineX the Ultra Studio 4K and REDCineX (all latest versions) works great. Otherwise why have daVinci Resolve no better informations about RED Rocket X when they take it. We never know if we work in daVinci Resolve 12.5 with the RED Rocket X card.

Can anybody help me?

Have you contacted your local BM tech support?
