ofx (resolve) prism blur improvements

PostSat Jun 11, 2016 5:10 pm

I finally had time to play with some of the new plugings, and I found an interesting thing...

The prism blur can add vignette and aberration to an image... if BM modify the [Aberration distance] to allow for negative numbers it might help to fix the aberration.

I think it has to be split into two different controls, one for red-vs-green and another for Blu-vs-green.

On top, it is too coarse: even with a value of 0.002 it is a big jump of I want to just remove some of the existing aberration.

The tools also always want to put a vignette: there is no way to set the vignette at [0] and still not having the corners go dark...
