How to use Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 for preview?

PostSun Jun 26, 2016 6:50 pm

Hello,

I'd like to use an Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 connected with HDMI to a TV as a Preview, but I cannot figure out how to show the time line or program monitor with that connectuon. Could you please tell me if it is possible and if, how what to switch to be able to see?

Make sure the Shuttle is installed and plugged in. Go to the words "DaVinci Resolve" in the top left of the display and open the preferences. Go to "video I/o and GPU" and you should see it listed there for capture and playback use.

I am on a PC and have used the USB shuttle quite a bit with Resolve. The picture playback tends to work fine but I have problems with the sound not playing at all or dropping out.
