Color Correcting Under Exposed Images

PostFri Jul 29, 2016 11:45 pm

All,

I've been doing some shooting in extreme low light conditions and in playback the images are almost completely blacked out.

I'm wondering if there is a way to recover the images without losing the image quality and 2.5K resolution.

I've been playing with the luminance curves and that has helped with some, but not all of the images, and I'm looking for more help.

I'm new to black magic cameras and DaVinci Resolve so no suggestion is too obvious.

Also I've been using the Non-Pro version of DaVinci Resolve and I'm wondering if there is some functionality in the Pro version that would be helpful that I don't have with the Non-Pro version.

Thanks!
