Zooming and memory problem

PostWed Sep 14, 2016 1:04 pm

I have used the zoom function in serveral of my clips in my project, now when i extend these clips, something seems to be very wrong.

First of all. The clip is zoomed slightly MORE out in the extended part even though the transform and zoom values are EXACTLY the same in the exteded part as for the first part of the clip. Even though i reset all the transform values (and the zoom value) the extented part are still different compared to the first part of the clip and i am talking about the same clip here. No cuts or anything.

It seems like the timeline is saving the zoomvalues permanently on the clips when i close and open up the projects.

The only work around i have found is to take the original footage and drag drop it back into
the time line again and start all over with the zooming parts.

Someone tell me what i am doing wrong here!

The url you posted works provided that you copy and past it into the address bar.

It looks like there may be something else going on. Have you done anything in the color page such as stabilizing the clips or input sizing?

I will say the same: check if you have in the color page any [edit] transform, or any [input] transform there...

actuality, go in the media page and play the original clip first and see if it OK....

OMG! I forgot everything about the stabilizer! My college had stabilized the clips without
me knowing and i forgot to check that. Thank you so much what a stupid mistake :D

Thanks guys!
