Cannot find ResolveFX in 12.5.2

Are they hiding somewhere else than in OpenFX tab? The tab is empty.

I'm relatively new to Resolve. Not sure if this is supposed to be empty? Toolbox and Audio FX lists elemets up, but nothing in OpenFX. How do you add effects to clips?
I have Fusion installed as well. Is this causing something with this topic?
When in Color Mode, OpenFX in upper right corner lists effects with library tab...

This is where you access 3rd part plugins from Universe, Boris as well as a CG called New Blue.
Resolve itself has no OFX plugins on the edit page.

To follow on what Jack said, all the ResolveFX effects are on the Color page, in the OpenFX area.

Duane is correct (as always): all of my OFX plug-ins plus the ResolveFX plug-ins all come up in one long list under the OFX menu.
