XML from Resolve cant be imported into PP 5.5

Hello,

I have a problem with xml-Files from Resolve 12.5. They can not be imported into premiere pro 5.5
Ive tried the Final Cut 7 and Premiere Pro Option on the Deliver page. When I try to import the xml file in PP, i get a massage "An error has occured"...Can anybody help?

I would assume they aren't designed for a version that old.

Just tested and loaded into CS6

...thanks...I just found the option... On the edit page i can export XML files...then I can choose different XML formats for final cut versions. One works with PP 5.5 ...but all this doesnt help, because again I cant import the XML connected Video files, because they are QT Reference movies...Catch 22 ...
I just want to do my audio in premiere, because the audio options in Resolve are very limited...
What is the best option for audio software, when cutting in Resolve??
