Superblack For Tape Output

Hey all, I am attempting to do my first show where I finish in Resolve rather then doing a roundtrip back to Avid. The one thing I can't seem to figure out is how to get Resolve to lay full bars with superblacks. Is it possible to get this on output? I know there is a way to do it when rendering, but I cannot locate the option to enable superblack and superwhite on tape output.
